Warranty Policy

At The Steamer Stand®, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our return and warranty policy below:

Standard Warranty

  • All products purchased online from The Steamer Stand® website come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
  • This warranty covers manufacturer defects and faulty workmanship, but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
  • We will replace defective items at no cost to the customer, but we do not offer refunds.

Extended Warranty (Optional Registration)

  • Customers who register their product within 14 days of purchase will receive an additional 6-month extended warranty, totaling 12 months of coverage.
  • To register, customers must complete the warranty form on our website and provide proof of purchase.

Replacement Process

If you experience an issue with your product:

  1. Contact our support team at info@thesteamerstand.com with a description of the issue and proof of purchase.
  2. Our team will assess the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement unit free of charge.
  3. Customers may be required to return the defective item before a replacement is sent.

Exclusions

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, modifications, or accidents is not covered.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
  • We do not issue refunds—only replacements for verified defects.
