Standard Warranty

• All new The Steamer Stand® products purchased from TheSteamerStand.com or an authorized retailerinclude a 6-month limited warranty from the original date of purchase.
• This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship, but does not cover normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic imperfections, misuse, improper care, modifications, or accidental damage.
• For approved warranty claims, we will repair or replace the defective product or component at no cost to the customer, at our discretion.

Extended Warranty — Optional Registration

• Register your product within 14 days of purchase to receive an additional 6 months of warranty coverage, for a total of 12 months from the original purchase date.
• To register, complete the Warranty Registration Form on this page.
• Registration information will be kept on file with The Steamer Stand® for the duration of your warranty coverage.
• Please retain your receipt or other proof of purchase, as it may be required when submitting a warranty claim.

Warranty Claim Process

If you experience an issue with your product:

1. Contact our Customer Service team at info@thesteamerstand.com with a description of the issue and proof of purchase.
2. Photos or additional information may be requested so our team can evaluate the claim.
3. If the claim is approved, we will provide the appropriate replacement product, component, or other resolution.
4. In some cases, you may be asked to return the defective item or component.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the product’s function
• Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, modifications, or accidents
• Damage caused by use contrary to the product instructions

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Warranty coverage provides repair or replacement for verified defects and is separate from our 30-Day Return & Refund Policy.
