Standard Warranty
- All products purchased online from The Steamer Stand® website come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
- This warranty covers manufacturer defects and faulty workmanship, but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
- We will replace defective items at no cost to the customer, but we do not offer refunds.
Extended Warranty (Optional Registration)
- Customers who register their product within 14 days of purchase will receive an additional 6-month extended warranty, totaling 12 months of coverage.
- To register, customers must complete the warranty form on our website and provide proof of purchase.
Replacement Process
If you experience an issue with your product:
- Contact our support team at info@thesteamerstand.com with a description of the issue and proof of purchase.
- Our team will assess the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement unit free of charge.
- Customers may be required to return the defective item before a replacement is sent.
Exclusions
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, modifications, or accidents is not covered.
- The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
- We do not issue refunds—only replacements for verified defects.
