The Steamer Stand® 90-Day Limited Warranty

New The Steamer Stand® products purchased from TheSteamerStand.com or an authorized retailer are covered by a 90-day Limited Warranty beginning on the original date of purchase.

This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that materially affect the normal intended use of the product.

If a covered defect is confirmed during the applicable warranty period, The Steamer Stand® will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected product or component.

Extend Your Limited Warranty to 6 Months

Product registration is optional and is not required for the standard 90-day Limited Warranty.

Register your product within 14 days of purchase to extend your Limited Warranty coverage to 6 months total from the original purchase date.

Registration does not begin a new warranty period. The six-month coverage period is measured from the product’s original purchase date.

Product Updates & Production Changes

The Steamer Stand® may make updates or refinements to its products over time, including changes to materials, components, dimensions, markings, manufacturing methods, construction, or other design details.

The existence of a newer or revised product, component, or production version does not, by itself, mean that an earlier version is defective and does not create a right to exchange an earlier product for a newer version or component.

Warranty eligibility is based on whether the specific product purchased has a covered defect in materials or workmanship that materially affects its normal intended use.

If a replacement product or component is provided under this Limited Warranty, the replacement may be the same version or a functionally equivalent version and may differ in appearance, construction, materials, dimensions, markings, or other production details.

What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect normal product function
• Damage caused by misuse, improper care or storage, accidents, abuse, or use contrary to the product instructions
• Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or alterations
• Loss or damage occurring after purchase that is not the result of a manufacturing defect
• Differences between production versions, components, materials, markings, dimensions, or other product details that do not themselves constitute a covered defect

A product is not considered defective solely because a later production version has been changed, updated, or refined.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, email info@thesteamerstand.com with:

• Your name
• Order number or other proof of purchase
• A description of the issue

Photos or other information may be requested to help us evaluate the claim. In some cases, we may also request that the affected product or component be returned for inspection. If a return is required, instructions will be provided before shipment.

This Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty vs. Returns

This Limited Warranty is separate from our 30-Day Return & Refund Policy.

The return policy applies to eligible returns within the applicable return period. The Limited Warranty applies to covered manufacturing defects during the applicable warranty period.

Your Legal Rights

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
